I'm thinking checking in every hour isn't going to be helpful. More of when you hear information, let the rest of us know. Regardless of how inconsequential you think it might be. I think there's too much 'oh that's not important' going on and not enough of us discussing the details that we think aren't important.

Interview them? Ask for their particular suggestions? Start a database with their information so that we've got a go-to source to deal with all the things that go bump in the City. They could work up files for us.

Sometimes a fresh start is the best thing.
