I'm not saying Ray's guilty. But we need to look into this because this is an eyewitness accusation by a victim fingering his potential killer. That means Ray needs to be revoked of his title and clearances. We'll conduct a secondary investigation and once we prove his innocence either way, he'll be reinstated.
